Construction

Due to the needs of our clients, our construction division is structured to offer full landscape planting, irrigation and hardscape construction services. As a compliment to our dedicated landscape construction division, Tolly’s dedicated electrical and plumbing divisions provide seamless service as it pertains to site electrical, drainage and wet utility elements.

Planting/horticultural Services

Whether your project requires a gardener’s touch or total site landscape installation, Tolly’s in-house staff includes professionals with degrees in horticulture, and landscape designers to ensure proper care and dedication is applied to your landscape. Our design division is managed by our in-house licensed landscape architect, and we can produce illustrative sketches to full construction documents in order to assist our clients. Planting is a unique asset investment, due to its life cycle dynamics. Tolly ensures a quality process through site prep, plant selection and final installation for our investment.

Construction

We pride ourselves on offering complete site prep and underground work associated with new landscape projects including clearing and grubbing, fine grading, state of the art irrigation systems, and drainage.

From a hardscape perspective we offer construction services related to the installation of concrete, stone and brick paving, retaining walls, hardscape features such as firepits and fireplaces, as well as masonry walls and other site features. We always install proper structural elements, rebar and concrete mixes.

Smart Strategies

We actively work with our clients to assist them in incorporating design strategies that will directly lead to water consumptions savings such as adaptive and native plant designs and smart irrigation systems.

Low-Voltage Lighting Alternatives

We have in-house lighting experts that can provide design ideas (including temporary evening lighting presentations), power consumption charts, continued lighting maintenance services, and replacements of often neglected existing landscape lighting systems.

Commercial Maintenance

We understand that management of our client’s landscape assets is critical to the success of their properties. It is our business to partner with our clients to ensure that the most effective maintenance strategies are performed. Using trained, uniformed staff and a fleet of vehicles and equipment, our goal is to ensure that our client’s landscape investments not only reflect their company’s image, but also adds value to their properties through proper care and enrichment.

Ongoing Maintenance Services

As part of these services we provide a pro-active maintenance approach by providing property manager’s with ongoing landscape condition reports, so that they have information to assist them effectively manage their properties. Our maintenance services include the following areas:

• Maintenance of lawns, hedges, flowing beds, and all other planting areas
• Application of fertilizers, and insecticides
• Monitor irrigation systems to effectively enhance water conservation and maintain proper plant growth and good health
• Seasonal or event plantings
• 24-hour emergency services to alleviate any conditions which threaten to damage our client’s property

Construction, and New Landscape Installs

Our business focus is to provide seamless landscape maintenance services to our clients. When properties require site work renovation, repair or replacement, as a licensed general and landscape contractor, we can provide design, hardscape and landscape construction services.

Tree Services

Trees are an often overlooked component of a properties value and asset base. We offer professional well trained crews, state of the art equipment, and in-house ISA Certified Arborist to provide the following tree care services:
