Whether it is managing existing properties or construction projects, Tolly Landscape, Inc. is fully invested in helping our clients effectively manage cost while assuring them quality and reliability. In order to completely serve our clients, we carry the following licenses and offer the following services:

Landscape Division:

• Landscape C27 – Full landscape construction and maintenance services including irrigation, drainage systems and hardscape. On the maintenance side we offer irrigation water conservation strategies and we have in-house licensed applicators.
• Tree Services D49 – We have in-house licensed arborists and offer full arbor care services including trimming, pruning, removals, installations, species inventories, and other general tree care.
• Electrical C10 – We have in-house state certified electricians and offer full electrical construction services including site utility, core and shell and tenant improvements, and continuous property electrical maintenance services including lamp replacement, lighting and electrical repairs, mechanical equipment connections, infrared testing, insurance reporting and energy efficiency studies.
• Plumbing C36 – For our maintenance clients we offer plumbing repair services (water, gas, drainage).
• LEED AP – LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is redefining the way we think about the places where we live, work and learn. As an internationally recognized mark of excellence, LEED provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.
• ISA Certified Arborist - An arborist is a specialist in the care of individual trees. Arborists are knowledgeable about the needs of trees and are trained and equipped to provide proper care.
